Wellness Mindfulness Session

November 6 @ 12:30 pm - 1:10 pm

This FREE wellness event is brought to you by the Ross and Carol Nese College of Nursing’s Resiliency & Belonging group. The session will be hosted virtually via Zoom for the college community. It will include a basic introduction to a few core precepts of mindfulness, along with a mindfulness practice or two that can help manage stress and anxiety more effectively.
