“IPE allows me the opportunity to work with nursing students and other departments to demonstrate effective interprofessional collaboration. Together we learn from each other and find avenues that improve health outcomes. As the student body grows in their training, through IPE, they become more prepared for entering the workforce and understand the meaning of collaborative team practice.”
