About this Event
Brought to you by the Penn State Harrisburg Diversity and Educational Equity Committee (DEEC) and the Penn State Ross and Carol Nese College of Nursing
Racial Health Disparities in the Age of COVID-19 is a panel discussion that will bring panelists from across Penn State University, government, and the medical field to discuss their research and professional experiences related to racial health disparities. Since our event is taking place during Black History Month amidst a pandemic, we hope to highlight the experiences of Black/African Americans and how racial disparities in health may have been exacerbated during the pandemic.
